This class is perfect for those seeking to ease anxiety, improve focus, and promote a sense of calm and balance. Whether you're new to mindfulness or simply looking for a space to decompress, this class offers a supportive environment for personal growth and healing. What to Expect: Relief for pain, stress, and tension: Gentle movements and relaxation techniques to release physical and mental strain. Building confidence: Through mindful practices, learn how to trust and empower yourself. Managing anxiety: Practical tools to help you take control of your emotions and reduce anxiety. Improved self-belief: Cultivate a stronger sense of self-worth and resilience. Deep relaxation and meditation: Moments of stillness and reflection to restore your mind and body. Breathing techniques: Learn a variety of breathing methods to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Labour techniques: Specific exercises designed for pregnant ladies (from 14 weeks gestation to birth), focusing on relaxation and preparation for labor. Who Can Join? Beginners: No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is necessary. This class is suitable for everyone. Pregnant women (14 weeks gestation onward): This class is safe and beneficial for expectant mothers, with special techniques for labor preparation. Anyone dealing with stress or anxiety: If you're seeking a way to manage daily pressures and cultivate a peaceful mind, this class is for you. Allow yourself the time to relax, reset, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Join Chloe in creating space for calm, clarity, and well-being.

Cancellation Policy

If a discretionary refund is given for any reason, this will only be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. • If a class is cancelled by your teacher for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone to let you know. Any classes cancelled by your teacher will be offered to you by way of credit or added onto the end of your block booking. Please note that the rights of cancellation, refund or limitations set down in these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you cancel your place on a course or workshop, there is NO refund policy. If a serious medical reason means you cannot attend your booked course, efforts will be made to book you onto the next available course Mindfulness Connection's reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. Classes cannot be swapped or carried over if missed, sessions cannot be swapped to online. No exchanges.
