Mindfulness Now is a online and In-person 8-week course, combining a progressive fusion of The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, with elements from Mindfulness Cognitive Based Therapy (MCBT) and Mindfulness Now, approved by The British Psychological Society.
