Mindfulness Now
for Children & Teenagers

Welcome to the Mindfulness Now 4 Week Programme, tailored just for you! This programme is adaptable to each individual, together we explore your thoughts, feelings  and emotions while learning to take connect your mind to your  body. You'll have fun with breathwork and movement in a way that you find engaging and fun. Plus, you'll master mindful eating and explore practices like the 10/5/2 meditation to boost your awareness and connection with yourself and the world around you!

At Mindful Connections, Chloe believes in the power of mindful movement to enhance emotional well-being and foster a deeper connection with oneself. The creative and safe space encourages individuals to explore their emotions and feelings freely. We offer an open and playful programme designed to nurture personal growth and self-discovery. Join us on this journey to cultivate mindfulness and embrace a healthier, more balanced life.

This 4 week programme includes 4 x 60 minute sessions for £150, upon completion of these, Chloe offers further 1:1 sessions suited around the individual, this can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly at an additional £40 per session.
