Get ready to dive into the Mindfulness Now 4 Week Programme, where we explore your thoughts and feelings, empowering you to take control and practice what feels safe for you. You'll be playing with breathwork and moving your body in ways that might make you giggle, relax, and help when you're feeling overwhelmed.

 

You'll learn different ways to regulate those pesky emotions and recognise body sensations, all while mastering the art of mindful eating (yes, that means savouring every bite!).

Embark on a journey of self-discovery, where you'll learn to know yourself better and observe the world around you. Through practices like creating a positive "tree," movement, breathwork, and the 10/5/2 meditation, you'll explore love and kindness while cultivating a deeper sense of awareness and connection.
